Kitchen of Innovation was started in Washington, DC by Kate Mattingly and Ellen Chenoweth in the fall of 2010 and they are assisted by other interested artists and arts administrators.  They share an interest in supporting innovative and exciting art and artists.  E-mail the KOI organizers at kitchenofinnovation@gmail.com.
